The seafood chowder was delicious. I had the catch of the day lunch special. It was grilled salmon, very, very delicious! Service was wonderful and friendly. Only one thing kept if from being a perfect experience, in they don't serve Coke Zero, only diet.

New Years Eve. I'm glad this place was open and I was able to make reservations. I probably didn't have to but it's better safe than sorry. Thank you for serving us delicious food. We had two of the surf n turf, my kids had the hamburgers, the Old Fashion drink was delicious as well as the Bourbon Bramble. The server was very pleasant and kind. I'm sadden that the Renton location isn't open as that location is closer to home but this location looked promising.

I came in to eat for my birthday, and had the best experience! I'm not from the area, so I wanted some seafood but didn't want to drive far, so I chose here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is all super friendly! Shauna was my server, she was so patient with me as I took my time & eventually ordered the Washington Roll, then Surf & Turf Petite Tender & Alaskan Sockeye. (Delicious!) She recommended a dessert for me, and brought it out with a candle lit, how sweet was that! I had the best all-around experience!

Dane took great care of us. The atmosphere was amazing, and it was clear the staff works well together and actually enjoys what they do. That kind of energy makes a huge difference. I also forgot my card, Dane walked out to my car right before I left and handed me my card.

Arguably the best restaurant I’ve experienced in the Seattle area. I had a reservation for 8 on a Tuesday evening. I was greeted by the hostess letting her know we would gather in the bar until all arrived. The bar staff and atmosphere wow’s me. MLB playoffs on the two screens, bar about 3/4 full. Service was perfect. The servers were informative and available. Best bar experience in a long time. The hostess let me know we could finish up at the bar and be seated at our convenience. The restaurant atmosphere was great. It was open yet I felt we had our own space as well. Our server was both informative, patient and hospitable. Service was perfect. Food presentation was amazing. I was having such a good time I failed to get pics of our plates. Do not shy away from their entree prices, average about $30. Most entrees can be easily shared but don’t. The food quality was excellent. All 8 of us ordered seafood although the steaks and other non-seafood dishes were saw being served elsewhere looked equally amazing. This restaurant is a hike for me as I have to traverse 4 highways, one ferry and mountain driving. I will be back in a couple of weeks for another go at that amazing menu. Well done FinWild. No disappointments anywhere.

On the way out of Seattle we stopped for lunch and both of us were very pleased with the service and definitely the food! Great flavors on the French onion soup and French dip with aujus, I had the ribeye steak sando and it was the bomb! Cooked to perfection.

Came here for appetizers and drinks. Sat on the patio on a warm June day. Tried the “Simply the Best” calamari with jalapeno. I don’t like food too spicy and I have to say this was absolutely perfect!! Very unique flavor and I like that it was calamari steak strips. Also had the Superfood House Salad with NW salmon added. I wasn’t sure if I would like it based on the description. It was better than expected. The kale is cut small and cauliflower is shaved pieces. It also has sweet potato and pumpkin seeds. Delicious and very generous portion. Luckily our server Lisa was excellent and gave detailed descriptions of the menu items. Great little spot in Issaquah to eat and relax after shopping in the Gilman Village area.

Walking up to the restaurant built anticipation for an adventure with its decorative wilderness lodge vibe. As we approached, the front door swung open, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the hostess standing there with a smile, welcoming us with a cheerful "Good evening." She offered us a choice of dining options, suggesting the patio first, which was bustling with customers. However, after considering the bar for happy hour, we ultimately chose the dining room. The booth we were seated in was comfortable, and the restaurant's interior continued the wilderness fishing lodge theme, tastefully done. After reviewing the menu, we placed our orders. She ordered the Rosemary Sourdough to start, along with iced tea and the Halibut. I chose the beer sampler and the blackened ahi cooked to a medium temperature. The assortment of beers was pleasant; while none were particularly bold, the house blonde, hefeweizen, and IPA were delightful. The Rosemary Sourdough was delicious, served with both fig butter and another spread that tasted more like a steak butter, rich with flavors of leeks and herbs. The Halibut was good; it was cooked nicely and presented well. Although I would order it again, I might try something different on my next visit. The blackened ahi was outstanding, with pleasant spices that paired perfectly with the creamy wasabi and miso sauce. It was also served with lightly seasoned rice and Asian slaw, making it a winner. So far, the service was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the food delicious. Now, onto dessert. I had the coconut cream pie, while she chose the Kahlúa chocolate cream pie. Both were just okay; although they were topped with a creamy dome that was too large, the fillings were bland. Each pie had the flavors implied by their names, but nothing remarkable. The pie crust also lacked character, needing more flavor from butter, sugar, and salt. In summary, it was a great experience. While we wouldn’t order either of the two desserts again, we would definitely return for everything else.
